CREATIVE CONTENT can come in many forms: pictures, video, design and copy. Figuring out what is going to be most engaging to your audience is what I do best. Most clients focus only on how many followers they have, but if your content isn't engaging your audience, then they probably aren't going to see it much in their feed.

ENGAGEMENT

ENGAGEMENT is key! You want organic and sponsored content to have exposure and engagement, ensuring your content will keep getting eyes on it and will stay relevant with your audience. Posts should have engagement goals before publishing: how many likes/reactions should this post get? How many comments? How many shares? Live streaming can be a great way to connect instantaneously to your users.
FOLLOW UP is the response your brand makes with audience engagement. This includes replying to comments and direct messaging, but also sharing content that you see that's relative to your audience. It can also look like following accounts that are in your niche, people doing things you want to be doing, or that you could collaborate with. Asking for feedback is also a good way to get engagement and follow up simultaneously.

Scheduling

SCHEDULING

SCHEDULING is often an overlooked, but important function of good social media practices. The time of day you publish content is going to be related to who can see your content. I have developed several metrics on when to post for the most organic/paid visibility. There are many third party scheduling apps available that work well, and lots of debate about the cost of using them with the algorithms. I am skilled at using Facebook Business Suite and Creator Studio, as well as third party apps.
